Evaluation and Assessment

Student evaluation for each semester will be based on the following:
  • The frequency that student signs up and works. Are you a regular contributor? Do you have to hounded
  • The number of different positions covered. (Do you just do the same positions each time?)
  • The level of competence demonstrated in each position. (Have you shown that you have learned the position?)
  • Quality of your video assignment. (a special rubric will be designed for this)
  • Willingness and ability to work with all other staff. Are you a team player?)
  • Level of professionalism (Having fun? We hope so. But are you doing it with a degree of appropriate behaviour and maturity?)

There will be both a student self-evaluation and teacher evaluation component to each of the criteria listed above.
