LVLC is committed to...
- being encouraging and understanding of each student's unique learning needs
- establishing mutual respect between student, teacher, administration, and school
- reviewing student progress regularly
- encouraging life-long learning skills
- assisting students in program planning in order to fulfill graduation requirements
- providing variable pacing for the completion of courses
- determining if students is a full time LVLC member or part-time (via a blended program)
- scheduling a suitable block for course depending on course and teacher schedule
- supporting students in their courses/coursework
- providing a quiet workspace
LVLC expects its students to...
- maintain regular attendance
- put forth a reasonable effort determined by setting-specific production goals to complete course units in set timeframes
- bring a positive and respectful attitude towards other students, teachers, administration, and the school
- be able to work independently
