In 2017, 6 650 young workers were injured on the job in BC. Young workers injuries represent a third of the total work place injuries in BC. This Saturday is the National Day of Mourning for Workers Killed and Injured on the Job, a day when we recognize and remember all those who have lost their lives just trying to provide for themselves and their families. Remember: Everyone has the right to refuse unsafe work.
