Everyone is welcome to come for a short, relaxing session of Yoga at lunch today in Room 205. Taking a few moments in your day to let go, rest, and relax with awareness can help refresh your mind and body. Yoga and mindfulness can activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which helps prepare you to be more present and focused in your afternoon classes.
Students interested in the Leadership in Educational Technology group, please meet in Room 205 at lunch on Wednesday. Our group will explore new technology which can help provide access to education for all students. We empower each other to learn new tools, learn about Design Theory, and problem solve issues of concern for the group. Please see Ms. Mobbs for more information.
Student council will meet today at lunch in the portable.
