Today at lunch in 205 Freedom Quest will be discussing the legalization of marijuana in BC and how that looks, as well as LSD and comparing whippits to laughing gas. All students are welcome.

Soccer Boys remember that your Save-On fundraising forms and money must be submitted to Mr. Morton by next Thursday, November 8th. Please ensure that you are strict with meeting this deadline, as in order to obtain the cards from Save-On we must submit everything at once...don't be the one to hold up the pack!
The Kootenay Romanian relief fund is looking for two students to volunteer their time taking photos of kids with Santa at the Mall through December. The hours are usually 4 to 7 pm after school. These hours also qualify for grad transition requirements. Please see Mr. Machado for further details.
Students interested in volunteer opportunities should visit the Volunteer board outside the counselling office. This weekend there is a hospice opportunity to help the elderly. See Mr.Machado or Ms.Wiltshire for details.
A reminder to drama students: The company 12 cast has a rehearsal at 4:30 today at the Nelson and District Chamber of Commerce - 91 Baker Street - upstairs at Railtown. Check the drama board for upcoming rehearsals.
