Grads! Feeling rusty from your hiatus from dance intermurals? Looking to spice up your dancing dictionary? Today and tomorrow (that's May 30th and 31st) at 11:35, members from Kootenay DanceBeat will be coming to the gym at lunch to teach you some simple jive and swing moves for the Grand March and prom. All grades are welcome, but graduating students will be given priority.
Grads, it is time to get your" Say Somethings" in. These are the few words you would like said about you at the graduation ceremony. Go to the LVR website under the grad tab to find the link to fill out your "Say Something". If you have questions, please contact Mr. Konken. Deadline is June 5th
The Civic Theatre kicks off National Indigenous History Month with a series of three events celebrating Indigenous Art and Activism today and tomorrow, featuring Meet Beau Dick: Maker of Monsters, RUMBLE: The Indians Who Rocked the World w/ The Recording of Willie Thrasher and Willie Thrasher live in concert with Linda Saddleback. Tickets for each of the events are available now at civictheatre dot ca and will also be available at the door.
