Are you intertested in kayaking or canoeing? The year, the Nelson Kayak Canoe Club will be offering a winter training program starting this Wednesday January 31st. Sessions will run on Wednesdays from 6:45-8:15 and will consist of a combination of strength, cardio and technical training. This program is a great opportunity to prepare for the upcoming season, with opportunities to race at different in province regattas and the BC games. It is open to all ages and skill levels.
