If an accident occurs will you know what to do? This is a two-day Rec Cross Standard First Aid course is recognized across the country and around the world and certification is good for 3-years. The course covers a wide variety of first aid situations from choking to minor wounds, heart attack and other medical emergencies, as well as traumatic injuries like deadly bleeding. Taught by a qualified Red Cross Instructor with 15 years experience as a paramedic, you get to learn in a safe, fun environment; you will come away wondering why more people don't know first aid! Come on down to the gym for badminton intermurals! TODAY the gym is open to grades eleven and twelve. This is a drop in event and you do not need to come with a partner to play. If enough interest is generated we will be hosting it again next week.

Last call for any grade 12's who need help accessing their transcript or sending a formal transcript to a college or university, join for a short seminar in room 105 today at 11:40, bring your PEN number and a laptop if you have one. If you can't attend, there are information packages in the counselling area as well as information on the grad planning page on the LVR website.
Valentines cards are being sold in front of the multipurpose room today, they coost 50 cents each and are delivered with chocolatate. Anyone who is sending a card must know the block one class of the person they are sending it to.
