Three or four families that said goodbye to their loved ones when they left for work in the morning, families that were never able to welcome them home at the end of the day again. This Saturday is the National Day of Mourning for Workers Killed and Injured on the Job, a day when we recognise and remember all those who have lost their lives just trying to provide for themselves and their families.
